26th Wednesday:

We had a meeting with Birgit Spek in and Lars from the H.R Dept on finalizing the storyboard and narrowing down the manuscript for the 1.30 min department video.

Had a very effective meeting with Tom T. Kragh of the Development department, together with Heidi and Birgit Spek on finalizing storyboard and manuscript.

We basically went through the storyboard for the training video for lean sales and suggested some good ideas and the sales team accepted and we started SHOOTING early morning of the 25th. It was great, all went as planned and time-wise we were ontop of the game!..Thanks Sales Team for a great co-operation!

We will be editing video material today so that the sales team have their hands on the finished product soon before the 10th of Sept.

Meeting

Meetings, meetings and a lot of emailing today.

We prepared the marketing meeting room for our meeting about our Storyboard / timeplan / structureplan ect. This meeting was videorecorded for

We had a meeting at 09 a clock with Birgit Spek – HR Development Manager & Heidi Jensen – Marketing Coordinator and our Storyboard got approved.

We had a quick meeting with Tom Toft Kragh – Manager R&D about the Storyboard/Manuscript for the Developement area. New meeting planned this week.

Tanja Hell who is Supervisor Lean Sales, introduced us to the Speak Manuscript for “Video of Local Lean Sales Training Session” which we are shooting Tuesday the 25th of Aug.

Further work on the Classes to organize the Actions Script and more work in making the Buttoms for the Holistic Active Screen.

The first week at LINAK – 17.-21. Aug.

The first week at LINAK was a lovely week. Its a nice experience exploring the LINAK culture, the way you plan meetings, milestones ect.

Friday we finished of the week with doing a lot of small adjustments on the presentation material for the meeting Monday. Finishing the Storyboard/Structure plan/timeplan for approval. We did some test photoshooting on and at LINAK’s production buildings. We build up the classes for the action script. We worked on animated active buttoms for the interactive screens. We had a short meeting with Frank Nietzel the webmaster about the new webpage. We where also introduced to LINAK’s Design Manual. The Design Manual is a 117 page long manual that holds practically all the rules for LINAK’s designs, print material, videos, webpage ect.

time to put our CREATIVE hats on!

We started on the 17th of August and so far all’s going according to plan.
We have also managed to prepare a proper presentation that we will be presenting on the 24th Monday with a mini-demo on panorama. We are still working on making maybe even a better demo with some active objects that would be clickable in the panorama navigation interactive screen.

I’m honestly thrilled that we are so well organised and happy to tell you LOVELY TEACHERS that we have been having so many successful and effective meetings and milestones and continue to do so. Things have been going according to plan and because we have been planning from the beginning we have been able to do so much already…LINAK Marketings team are so far very pleased with what we have presented so far!

Meeting with Heidi Jensen for status, scheduling and feedback.
Short Meeting with Birgit Spek for location on Bents Office, test photos in Bents Office and planning next week’s appointments with the different departments.

Fininshing storyboard, timeplan etc. for presentation meeting on Monday – Skype Meeting – Testing panorama screens
Meeting with Tanja Hell about a video project that has to be finished on 9th of September. The video will be used for their upcoming management meeting which all the subsidiaries will participate in. The video is a training video for their sales departments. Agreed on Shooting day: Tuesday 25th of August.
Prototyping the panorama, adding active objects and some proper functionalities.
Had a short meeting with Frank about the new website size for the virtual tour, deadline, etc.
